Gluten Free Vegan Diet is a website that was launched in 2019 by Regina Floyd with the sole purpose of sharing tips and resources on navigating a Gluten-Free, Vegan Diet.
After suffering for some time with food sensitivity issues, Regina decided to share more about how to navigate eating when food choices are limited.
Fast Forward to 2021. Since starting this blog, I have since learned that most of my food issues are related to heavy metal toxicity and have been on a 4 month detox program to rid the body of an over abundance of toxins.
I will be sharing more of this journey here which may end up taking on more of an AIP (Auto-immune Protocol) diet as well as intermittent fasting and Keto.
I am not able to eat gluten and still stick to a diet without eggs and dairy but I do eat meat as my primary source of protein.
